About
I am a psychologist, systemic coach and a therapist in training, a mum, an adventurer and a creative soul. My passion for psychology stems from a deep curiosity to understand human behavior. For over 20 years, I’ve been working with clients, exploring the complexities of human relationships, and I remain fascinated by their beauty and depth.
Having lived in three different cultures and speaking four languages fluently, I love observing how our cultural upbringing shapes the way we see the world. I understand the challenges of living in a culture that isn’t your own, especially when you are building a family, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds in a meaningful way.
Empathy and acceptance are my greatest strengths. These qualities enable me to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their growth. I’ve spent over 20 years working on myself, which equips me to guide others on paths I’ve not only studied but have also personally walked.
At the core of my work is the belief that healing and growth happen when we connect to each other as human beings. My ability to speak multiple languages and understand different cultures allows me to go beyond language and culture, meeting clients where they are and connecting to the core of who they are. This is what makes the healing journey truly possible.
Sessions in Person
In-person sessions enrich the experience by engaging both body and mind. Feeling seen, heard, understood, and supported is not solely a psychological process—it’s also a physical one. Sharing the same space allows for a connection where body language and shared energy become integral to the transformative journey.
Many systemic methods involve movement, shifts in position, and with this – a change of perspective. These dynamic approaches are naturally enhanced when guidance is provided in a common physical setting, allowing for immediate, embodied support.
All sessions take place in the beautiful, spacious YogaGlück studio at Hackenbergstr. 7, 12489 Berlin Adlershof. Of course, exceptional circumstances can be accommodated, and online appointments are available based on individual needs and challenges.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session is a free, welcoming space where we explore your unique challenges and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s on your mind—your struggles, questions, and what you hope to work toward. I will introduce my approach and the full spectrum of my work, helping you understand the support available.
This initial meeting is more than just practical details; it’s about making sure we are the right fit. That intuitive “belly feeling” matters, and this session allows you to check if our collaboration feels right for you. Everything you share remains strictly confidential, ensuring a secure space for open and honest dialogue. We’ll also take the time to discuss pricing transparently, ensuring clarity and comfort around the financial aspects.
Ultimately, this conversation lays the foundation for trust and a personalized plan that supports your personal growth.
What is the difference between coaching, counselling and therapy?
These are three distinct approaches.
In coaching, you are the expert on your own situation. My role as a coach is to support your solution-finding process—offering guidance, providing timely impulses, and establishing a structured framework that enables you to discover your unique path. Coaching is goal-oriented, focusing on actionable strategies to help you achieve your personal or professional ambitions, while the coach typically remains on the periphery of the content itself. It can, for example, be used for challenges like taking a difficult decision, unblocking a creative process, or preparing an interview or difficult conversation. A single coaching session can be sufficient, depending on the topic.
Psychological Counseling leans on the counselor’s expertise to offer a deeper analysis and understanding of psychological processes. It creates a space for exploring your feelings and experiences, helping you navigate current challenges and gain new perspective on past experiences. This approach supports the processing of difficult emotions, facilitates meaningful change, and assists in modifying thought and behavioral patterns that are no longer serving you. Conflict management, morning, overwhelming and lack of self esteem are some of the topics that psychological counseling can assist with. The psychological work is typically longer, from 4-5 to 20-30 sessions, depending on the issue at hand and the agreement between counselor and client.
Therapy goes even further, addressing longstanding patterns and underlying issues. Here, the therapist is an expert in deep psychological structures and potential traumas, guiding you through a healing process. This approach is designed to work at the root of human suffering, supporting and guiding the healing process. Therapeutic processes are typically longer and can last for several months.
I currently offer coaching and psychological counseling based on the topic and depth of work you’re ready to engage in. I look forward to expanding my practice to include therapeutic sessions after completing my training in systemic therapy in 2026.

Which approaches and methods do you use in your work?
At the core of my work is empathic listening and acceptance, building a relationship based on compassion and understanding. I strive to meet each client where they are, respecting their unique experiences, cultural background and language. This allows me to tailor my approach to their specific needs. I use a variety of systemic methods depending on the situation, including coaching techniques like the Disney method, the wonder question, and systemic constellations. I also draw inspiration from cognitive-behavioral methods, emotional regulation strategies, and the AGT confrontational techniques for addressing aggression and other behavioral changes. My work is grounded in understanding emotions, the nervous system, and how they influence our behavior. In addition, I have developed my own tools, such as the Inner Motions Cards to help clients identify, name, and process their emotions, and the Intimacy Blueprint, which supports individuals and couples in exploring and deepening their emotional connections. This diverse toolkit allows me to guide clients on their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
