MY SERVICES

1-on-1 counselling

During one-on-one sessions I offer support for:

Urgent crisis situations
Depressive episodes, low self-esteem
Addictions (alcohol, drugs, tobacco)
Aggression
Personal and professional conflicts.
Procrastination and feeling stuck in your creative process
Emotional overwhelming, stress and burn-out
Feeling lost, powerless and lacking direction.

Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes, the lows can feel like too much to handle alone. A crisis hits, self-doubt takes over, addictive or aggressive patterns resurface. Conflicts—whether personal or professional—drain your energy, and stress or burnout make it hard to function. Maybe you feel stuck in a creative block, struggling with procrastination, or unable to move forward. At times, emotions become overwhelming, and you’re left feeling lost, powerless, or unsure of your next steps.

In one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe and supportive space to explore your challenges, gain clarity, and develop strategies that work for you. Some moments call for practical strategies to regain focus and productivity, while others require deeper reflection to reconnect with your inner strength and values. My approach is empathetic, practical, and tailored to your unique situation—whether it’s overcoming inner blocks, finding direction, or simply regaining a sense of control. Together, we take small, manageable steps toward change, helping you build resilience, restore balance, and move forward with confidence.

Parent counselling

Parenthood is one of life’s most profound transformations—but no one truly prepares you for how much it can shake your sense of self. You love your child deeply, yet the weight of constant responsibility can leave you exhausted, overstimulated, or even feeling like you’ve lost yourself. Your relationship shifts—sometimes from partnership to mere co-management. The toddler years test your patience, and just as you start to find your rhythm, new challenges arise. Teenage years bring rebellion, emotional distance, and conflict, and when they finally leave home, the quiet can feel just as unsettling as the chaos once did.

No matter where you are in this journey, our sessions offer a space to breathe, reflect, and recalibrate. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, rebalancing your relationship, setting healthy boundaries, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I support you in building a parenting experience that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

Couples counselling

Relationships evolve, and so do the challenges that come with them. Over time, misunderstandings build up, communication falters, and conflicts can feel impossible to resolve. With a systemic approach, we look at your relationship as a whole—considering both individual perspectives and how they interact. The goal is not just to address immediate concerns but to get to the root of your challenges and strengthen the foundation where love, respect, and boundaries align.

Whether you’re working through recurring conflicts, feeling disconnected, or exploring non-traditional relationship structures such as ethical non-monogamy or polyamoury, our sessions offer a space where all partners feel seen, heard, and understood—free from judgment or blame.

If you are considering conscious uncoupling, we can work together to create a respectful and thoughtful separation process that honors both individuals and any shared responsibilities. No matter your situation, you are welcome here—with all the complexities, questions, and aspirations that shape your relationship.

MPU Preparation – Well-Equipped and Ready for a Successful Assessment

Facing the Medical-Psychological Assessment (MPU) can feel overwhelming, but with the right preparation, you can clearly demonstrate your reliability and secure the reinstatement of your driver’s license. I offer structured support, in-depth insights into the evaluation, guidance through bureaucratic requirements, and a practice assessment to ensure you are fully prepared to present your case effectively.

Whether you lost your driver’s license due to alcohol-related offenses, drug use, or traffic violations, our MPU preparation is designed to help you navigate the process with clarity and confidence. The first step is assessing whether abstinence is necessary in your case—over 80% of alcohol-related cases do not require it. If abstinence is required, we determine the type and duration needed and ensure proper documentation. Beyond compliance, successful MPU preparation requires deep self-reflection. Together, we analyze the underlying reasons for past behaviors, identify risk factors, and develop concrete strategies to prevent future incidents. This may include psychological techniques for relapse prevention, shifting thought patterns to encourage responsible decision-making, or practical tools to handle high-risk situations.

If your offense was related to alcohol or drug use, we evaluate the specific requirements—including special regulations for cannabis. For traffic or criminal offenses, we focus on behavior analysis, perspective change, and long-term strategies for responsible driving. Additionally, if you were caught cycling under the influence, it’s crucial to seek guidance early, as this can also impact your ability to drive.

With my structured and personalized MPU preparation, you will gain a clear understanding of what is expected, build a solid argument, and significantly increase your chances of receiving a positive evaluation.
